Why should I subscribe to your mailing list ?

We update our catalog on a regular basis. As a mailing list subscriber you are the first one to know when new products are launched.
On top of that, thanking you for your interest and loyalty, occasional promotions or discount codes are announced to our members.

How many mails will you send ?

We do not plan on spamming your mailbox.We will only reach out when new products are launched. Discounts and promitions are also sent to our subscribers. In general you should not receive more than 2-3 mails per week, most likely even less. And if it would be too much for you, we'd hate to see that happen, you can always unsubscribe.

I subscribed but do not receive any mails ?

Please verify your spam or junk mail folder. If you subscribed with a business mail address, your employer might be blocking mails from certain domains. If however all that seems OK and you still do not receive our newsletter, please contact us from the email address you used to subscribe, so we can verify what is going on.

 

Orders

I found a design on a T-shirt but it is not available on ... Is it available ?

Basically all our designs are available on all of the apparel. If you cannot find the specific combination you are looking for, please send us a message and we will reply within 24 hours.

The item I want is out of stock. When will it be back ?

We try very hard to avoid shortages, however sometimes we cannot avoid it due to high demand. If there is an item that is currently out of stock, you can send us a message through the contact page with a link to the item you would like to purchase. We will check with our supplier for that product and eventually try to source the product from another supplier where possible. In every event we will get back to you with a potential solution.

Can I change or cancel my order ?

Our process is so optimized that your order is processed with very brief delays to ensure that you get your items arrive swiftly. If you realize you made a mistake you need to contact us as soon as possible (now !) to see if the order can still be changed. If the order is already in production, orders are considered as final and no changes can be made.

Can you print my design ?

Any suggestions for designs are more than welcome as long as they are relevant. Send us your idea, graphic or picture to sales@unicornllama.com and we'll see what we can do

 

Payment

How can I pay my order ?

Here at Unicornllama.com we are consumers and buyers ourselves thus we understand the fears of online frauds and credit card scams. PayPal offers Buyer protection and favors consumers by providing a secure gateway and good refund policies. This is why we advocate using PayPal to complete your transactions here safely without any credit card risks.

Can I pay by Credit Card ?

At this point we do not offer direct Credit/Debit Card payments. However, we are negotiating with some payments gateways who accept all major credit cards. Sign up to our newsletter to keep up to date. Meanwhile you can securely purchase your favorite items using Paypal.

Can I pay with a cheque, wire transfer or on delivery ?

We do not offer payment by cheque or on delivery. If no other payment method suits you, we can offer you payment by Wire Transfer for an extra charge of $5 prior to shipping your order. Please contact us if you would like to use this option.

 

Shipping

Where do you ship ?

FurryHolics ships worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

How much does shipping cost ?

Shipping costs depend on your location. The exact shipping costs can be found on our Shipping Rates page

Who pays the customs duties & taxes ?

International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.

Do you offer free shipping ?

Our shipping rates are quite competitive. However, subscribers to our mailing list may get offered a discount code to get free shipping under specific conditions. One more reason to subscribe now.

When will I receive my item(s) ?

Although our main fulfillment warehoouse is located in the United States, to limit stock and overhead costs, some of our items are shipped directly from our worldwide suppliers.

Will my items be sent in one parcel ?

For logistical reasons, and as some items are fulfilled directly by our suppliers, items in the same order may sometimes be sent in different parcels at no extra cost for you. Please keep this in mind when receiving a partial order.

Where is my tracking number ?

Please allow a few days for order processing. Tracking numbers are emailed out to you when the order ships. You may receive more than one email and tracking number if the order originates from different suppliers.
If you did not receive an email, please check your spam foler or junk mail as it can sometimes get filed there. If you still cannot locate your tracking number email, please contact us with the following information :

  • Name
  • Shipping Address
  • Order Date
  • Email address used for the order
  • Order Number

We will get in touch within 24 hours.

How do I track my shipment ?

Once you received the tracking number, you can verify the status using our order tracker. It can take some time before tracking information is actually populated. We thank you for your patience.

 

Order Cancellation - Return - Refund

Can I cancel my order ?

We typically cannot cancel orders, as your order is sent immediately for processing to our suppliers/manufacturers.

My order was damaged upon arrival. What can I do ?

First of all we do apologize for the inconvenience. If your order was damaged upon arrival, please make pictures of it and send us a mail including the pictures and a description of what happened. We can only accept damage claims up to 7 days after receiving the item.

Can I return/exchange my order(s) ?

We stand behind the quality of our products. Therefore we do not offer refunds and do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, colors, designs, etc.

Men & Women Apparel
Every item in your order is 100% customized just for you and is printed after your order. We do not offer refunds or cancellation for the Apparel collection.
We do however replace items if they arrive defective or damaged or if you received a different size/design than what you ordered. If the apparel received is damaged, please send a mail with clear pictures of the damage to sales@unicornllama.com. After reviewing and eventually approving your exchange claim, we will send you instructions for shipping it back to us. Shipping cost for returns/exchanges are non-refundable.
